JEE Advanced 2019 – Registration, dates, Admit Card, Syllabus

On 20 May 2019, JEE Advanced 2019 Admit Card was released. It is organized on behalf of the Joint Admission Board (JAB) by one of seven Zonal Coordinating IITs. JEE Advanced is a Dual Bachelor's, Integrated Master's or Bachelor-Master's national entrance exam.  The IIT, Roorkee, will conduct the examination in 2019. Candidates can be admitted through this exam to courses in engineering, science or architecture. JEE Advanced 2019 Answer Key will be released on June 4, 2019. Eligibility Criteria:

Criteria 1: JEE Main 2019 Performance: Candidate must have Performed top 245000 (2.45 Lakh) Ranking in JEE Main results including all categories.
Percentages in various category of shortlisted categories are – 46.5% in open categories, 27% for OBC- NCL, 15% for SC, 7.5 for ST candidates. Within the four categories, 5% reservation is available for PWD Candidates.

Criteria 2: Age Limit:
As per the recent order by Supreme Court, candidates of twenty-five years or older also can apply for JEE Advanced 2019. However, the admissions of such candidates are probationary until the ultimate outcome. To check the careful notification regarding the removal age barrier from JEE Advanced 2019- Until last year, candidates of over twenty-five years were not eligible.

Criteria 3: Number of Attempts:
 A candidate gets a most of 2 makes an attempt in consecutive years to look for JEE Advanced. Candidates must not have appeared for JEE Advanced 2017 or earlier.

Criteria 4: Class 12 or Equivalent Examination: The candidates applying for JEE Advanced 2019 ought to have appeared in school twelve in 2018 or 2019 for the first time.

Criteria 5: Admission Earlier at IITs:  The candidates shouldn't admitted in any IIT no matter whether or not he/she continued within the programme or not The candidate shouldn't have accepted the seat at any of the IITs within the past by reportage at the reporting centre Those candidates whose admissions at IITs were cancelled within the past don't fulfil the eligibility criteria of JEE Advanced 2019.
